• You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
• Do not share your credentials with unauthorized parties.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

• Use the app for any illegal purposes.
• Transmit harmful, threatening, or harassing content.
• Interfere with radio communications or emergency services.
• Attempt to access another user's account without permission.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or tamper with the app.
• Use automated systems without permission.
• Interfere with the proper functioning of the service.

5. Communication Guidelines

• Use professional and appropriate language.
• Do not transmit confidential information without authorization.
• Respect other users and their right to communicate.
• Follow applicable radio communication regulations.

6. Premium Features & Subscriptions

Where applicable:

• Premium features may require an active subscription.
• Subscriptions are billed through Google Play.
• You can cancel subscriptions anytime through your device settings.
• Refunds are handled by Google per their policies.

7. Privacy

Your use of the app is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Key points:

• Voice transmissions are not permanently stored.
• Location sharing is user-controlled.
• We do not sell your data.

8. Intellectual Property

• VibePTT and its content are protected by copyright and trademark laws.
• You may not copy, modify, or distribute app content without permission.
• All trademarks are property of their respective owners.

9. Third-Party Services

The app may integrate with third-party services:

• Google Play Store (for distribution)
• Cloud infrastructure (for communication)
• Radio bridging services (VibeRepeater)

These services have their own terms and policies.

10. Disclaimers

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND.

We do not guarantee:

• Uninterrupted or error-free operation.
• Compatibility with all devices or networks.
• Suitability for mission-critical or emergency-only communications.

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, VIBEPIPER SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
• Communication failures or delays.
• Loss of data or transmissions.
• Actions of other users.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you:

• Violate these terms.
• Abuse the service or other users.
• Engage in fraudulent activity.

You may delete your account at any time through the app.
